Method

Fill a highball glass generously with ice cubes.

Measure 60 ml Dry Gin and pour it over the ice.

Slowly top with 120 ml well-chilled Indian Tonic Water.

Stir briefly and very gently with a bar spoon to combine without losing too much carbonation.

Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and serve immediately.
Bartender's note
Use plenty of ice and make sure the tonic water is very cold. Stir only briefly and gently after adding the tonic to preserve as much carbonation as possible.
