House of Cocktails is operated by [LEGAL NAME / COMPANY NAME] (see the Imprint). By using the service you accept these terms.

House of Cocktails presents alcoholic beverages. Use of the service and creation of an account require you to be of legal drinking age in your country of residence — at least 18 years in Germany for spirits. The service is not directed at minors.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your credentials confidential. One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent moderation measures.

You remain the owner of the recipes, images, comments and profile content you publish. You may only upload content that you created yourself or are entitled to use, and content must not infringe third-party rights, in particular copyright and personality rights.

By publishing content you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and make that content publicly available within the service and in previews of the service, for as long as the content is published. This licence is limited to operating and promoting the platform.

• Unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, violent or harassing content
• Sexualised content, content endangering minors, or content glorifying violence
• Content encouraging dangerous consumption, drinking games or excessive drinking
• Copied recipes, texts or photographs published without permission
• Spam, undisclosed advertising, mass automated activity and impersonation
• Attempts to circumvent security, moderation or access controls

The operator may hide, remove or unpublish content, and warn, suspend or terminate accounts, where content or behaviour breaches these terms, the Community Guidelines or applicable law. Members are informed of measures affecting their content or account where reasonably possible and may object by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL].

Every recipe, comment and profile can be reported through the report function. Reports are reviewed by moderators and handled without undue delay.

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical faults and changes to features may temporarily limit use.

Recipes, ABV values and calorie values are estimates for orientation only and are not nutritional, medical or dietary advice. Actual values depend on brands, measures, dilution and preparation. Alcohol can damage your health. Never drink and drive. Alcohol is not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, or for minors.

Sponsored or affiliate content is labelled as such wherever it appears. Undisclosed commercial content is not permitted, from the operator or from members.

You may delete your account at any time under Profile → Settings → Account. The operator may terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

These terms may be amended where necessary for legal or functional reasons. Members are informed of material changes in an appropriate manner.
