Method

Add the white rum, vodka, coconut cream, sweet cream and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker generously with ice.

Shake thoroughly until the mixture is completely chilled and creamy.

Fill a Hurricane glass to the top with crushed ice.

Strain the shaken cocktail over the crushed ice.

Slowly pour 10 ml Blue Curaçao over the finished drink as the final ingredient to create the characteristic blue colour and layered appearance.

Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice and one cocktail cherry.
Bartender's note
Add the Blue Curaçao only at the end. Pouring it slowly over the finished cocktail creates the Swimming Pool's signature blue appearance while keeping the creamy tropical base visually distinct.
